The Plan: 50 Robots, One Mining Network
Each robot in the Realm fleet carries onboard mining hardware that operates continuously — while charging in The Armory, gathering in solar clusters, performing at events, or traveling via the Realm Transporter. Every unit connects to a decentralized mesh network backed by Starlink, running automated market making alongside traditional proof-of-work mining.

Realm Mining Network — Castle-wide mesh architecture with Starlink uplink and AMM engine
Operating Modes
Armory Docked
Robots plugged into high-capacity charging stations in The Armory. All mining hardware runs at full throttle. ASIC modules, GPUs, and CPUs mine simultaneously. This is peak earning mode — the overhead counter climbs fastest during night charging cycles.
Solar Cluster
Robots gather in the castle courtyard in circular formations around solar tower arrays. Deployable back-mounted solar panels supplement power. Mining runs at reduced GPU clock speeds to balance power budget. Ideal for Scottish summer daylight hours.
On Assignment
During live events, performances, and appearances, robots mine at reduced capacity using only the CPU and Edge TPU. GPU mining pauses during high-motion choreography. ASIC module runs in low-power mode. AMM trading continues uninterrupted via Starlink.
Hot Swap Transit
While being transported in the Realm Transporter semi-truck, robots plug into the vehicle's onboard generator. Mining resumes at moderate capacity. The truck's roof-mounted solar array provides supplemental power. Starlink antenna maintains network connectivity on the road.

Solar cluster formation — robots deploy back-mounted panels around central solar tower
Solar Cluster Formations
When not performing, robots gather in the castle courtyard in circular "solar cluster" formations. Each robot deploys back-mounted solar panels that extend like mechanical wings, absorbing sunlight to supplement grid power. A central solar tower array amplifies collection efficiency.
The cluster formation also strengthens the local Wi-Fi 7 mesh network — robots in close proximity create a dense wireless array that boosts data throughput for mining operations. Starlink provides the uplink to mining pools and DEX protocols. Even on overcast Scottish days, the combined solar output offsets approximately 35–65% of mining power costs.
Individual Robot Earnings Screen
Every robot displays a real-time mining dashboard on its chest-mounted holographic screen. Visitors and operators can see each unit's individual hash rate, daily earnings, wallet balance, GPU temperature, and a live earnings trend chart — all at a glance.
The NVIDIA RTX 4090 GPU is visible through a transparent torso panel with green LED cooling fans, creating a dramatic visual that merges medieval armor aesthetics with cutting-edge silicon. Each robot essentially wears its earnings on its chest — a walking, performing, mining billboard.

Pit crew performing a hot swap — NVIDIA mining module exchange in under 90 seconds
Hot Swap & Pit Crew
Mining hardware is designed for rapid field replacement. The Pit Crew can swap a GPU mining module, ASIC cartridge, or battery pack in under 90 seconds — like a Formula 1 pit stop. Spare modules charge on brass racks in The Armory, pre-loaded with the latest mining software.
This hot-swap architecture means zero downtime. When a robot's ASIC module reaches thermal limits or a GPU needs firmware updates, the crew pulls the module, slots in a fresh one, and the robot is back online mining within minutes. The swapped module goes to the maintenance rack for cooling, updates, and recharging.

Revenue Projections: 50-Unit Fleet
Wild but grounded estimates based on current BTC mining economics (April 2026 rates), NVIDIA RTX 4090 performance benchmarks, Bitmain S21 Pro specifications, and typical AMM yield farming returns. Actual results will vary with crypto market conditions, difficulty adjustments, and power costs.
| Revenue Stream | Daily | Monthly | Annual |
|---|---|---|---|
| BTC Mining (50 ASIC modules) | $3,185 | $95,550 | $1,146,600 |
| ETH/Alt Mining (50 GPUs) | $1,420 | $42,600 | $511,200 |

Estimated Power Cost
~$1,850/day
Based on UK commercial electricity rates (~£0.28/kWh) for 50 units at varying loads. Solar offsets reduce this by 35–65% seasonally.
Net Daily Profit
~$4,520/day
After power costs. Does not include hardware amortization, maintenance, or Starlink subscription ($500/mo).
Hardware ROI
~8.2 months
Estimated payback period on $1.1M total mining hardware investment across 50 units at projected net profit rates.
* All projections are speculative estimates based on April 2026 cryptocurrency market conditions. Bitcoin mining difficulty, token prices, energy costs, and network conditions fluctuate significantly. These figures represent a "wild guess" scenario assuming favorable market conditions and optimal uptime. Actual results may vary substantially.
Network & Connectivity
Automated Market Making (AMM)
Beyond traditional proof-of-work mining, each robot runs an on-board Automated Market Maker — a decentralized trading algorithm that provides liquidity to DEX protocols (decentralized exchanges) and earns trading fees and yield farming rewards in return.
The AMM engine runs on the AMD EPYC CPU alongside Monero mining, with the Coral Edge TPU handling predictive analytics — identifying profitable trading pairs, optimal liquidity pool allocations, and arbitrage opportunities across multiple chains (Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Solana).
Each robot maintains its own multi-sig wallet with a hot wallet for active trading and cold storage for accumulated earnings. The fleet's combined liquidity positions create a distributed hedge fund that operates autonomously, 24/7, across 50 nodes. The Armory's overhead counter aggregates all mining and AMM earnings into a single cumulative display.
The Armory — Overhead Electric Counter
$2,847,392.52
This counter hangs from the stone ceiling of The Armory, visible to all visitors and operators. It displays the cumulative earnings of the entire 50-robot mining fleet in real-time — a constant reminder that every robot in the Realm is earning money, even while standing still.
